When you realize you're not alone... I turned just in time to find this giant Roosevelt Elk sneaking up on me. It was just like the old game of red light green light. She was a sweetie though, so I named her Jenny. She and her calf stuck close to me as I photographed the ocean this evening. However, as cute as they are, I made sure to keep my distance and enjoy from afar. What an unreal experience connecting to a gorgeous wild animal. Humbling
