Is most of it just being prepared to capture whatever unfolds in front of you? Soo much planning. More often than not there is never enough time to plan it all. A single Instagram caption won't do this justice! However, I will share a few of my theories, what I've studied in film school, and my experiences. Subtly • Motivated Design • Principles of Visual Communication • Color Theory All these things are loaded responses and a lifetime worth of work, but can be the key to an amazing outcome. Study!! Look for implied lines that force the eye to circle the frame. Search for diad colors. All the way to the simplest - level your shot! Most importantly have a blast in the process!
